2. How much video can this security system with a 1TB hard drive record?

1TB hard drive: 20 days of recording capacity;

40 days’ worth of recording on a 2TB hard drive;

60 days of recording capacity on a 3TB hard drive.

3. Do I need to delete the recording when the HDD is full?

There is no requirement because the fresh recordings will automatically overwrite the old ones if the Disk is full.

4. Can I use a USB hard drive with the NVR?

No, The hard disc connection cable is located within the NVR, which supports SATA 3.5″ Hard Disks. We will install the hard drive for you before delivery if you purchase it from our shop.

5. What is the camera’s view angle? Is there a zoom feature?

It has an 83-degree angle and no zoom feature.

6. Does the network or the power adapter power the camera?

The NVR box is 12V/2A while the power supply for the camera is 12V/1A. NVR and camera power supplies SHOULD NOT BE MIXED.

7. Can I view the video on my computer and smartphone remotely?

Yes, you may easily access live streaming or video playback via the free IP Pro3 or EseeCloud APP for iOS and Android devices, as well as the free EseeCloud Client software on Windows and Mac.

8. How do i know if the NVR box is working or not?

a. If the system is without HDD, there are 2pcs lights in the front of the NVR box, the left one is stable, the other one is flashing, which means the NVR is working.

b.If the HDD is in the NVR box, there are 3 lights in the front of the NVR. The left one is stable, the other 2 lights are flashing, and NVR is working.
